Can I return an item bought through USFans?
USFans has a no-reason return or exchange promise for eligible items, under its own return and exchange rules.
How is USFans shipping charged?
You pay an international shipping deposit up front; the final fee follows the carrier's measured size and weight, and the difference is settled after.
What if a USFans parcel is lost or damaged?
Insurance, removing packaging and reinforced packing are optional extras; USFans publishes separate compensation standards for insured and uninsured parcels.

Ordering a find through USFans
- Find the item here and press Buy, or paste any Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link (or another agent's link) into the USFans link converter. USFans uses its own marketplace numbers: 3 for Weidian, 2 for Taobao, 1 for 1688, followed by the item number. The converter works out which marketplace your link points at and writes the USFans link with the right number.
- On usfans.com, pick the size and colour and pay for the item.
- USFans buys it from the seller and photographs it at its warehouse for you to check.
- When your haul is ready, combine it into one parcel and choose a shipping line.
