In short

Paste a USFans link, another agent's link or a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link to see the QC photos other buyers received.
QC photos follow the seller, not the agent that took them.
No photos yet only means no one's order has reached a public database; USFans still photographs your own item.

How USFans QC photos work

USFans numbers marketplaces in its links: product/3/ is Weidian, product/2/ is Taobao, product/1/ is 1688. The finder reads that numbering, so a USFans link goes straight to the right listing and the QC photos buyers have posted for it. It runs in any phone or desktop browser: no app to install and no extension.

When an order reaches the warehouse, staff photograph the item before it is shipped abroad: that is a QC photo. USFans does it for your order; the finder shows you the photos taken for earlier buyers of the same listing, before you spend a cent.

A listing's QC photos follow the seller, not the agent, so pictures taken at another agent's warehouse tell you exactly as much about a USFans order. On this spreadsheet 1668 finds already have photos on record; they are marked QC on every listing page.

Most finds here are Weidian listings, and the finder reads Taobao and 1688 links the same way: the photos are matched to the seller's listing.

What to look for in QC photos

Why the photos come before shipping

An item you reject at the warehouse is still in China and you have not paid for international shipping yet. The cost of rejecting is a few days; the cost of not rejecting is paying to fly something across the world that you will not wear.

Check the box and the extras

Boxes, dust bags, spare laces and tags are part of what you are paying for. If they matter to you, check they are in the photos; sellers leave them out more often than you'd think.

The boring flaws

Glue marks, loose threads, uneven dye, a crooked collar. These are quality-control failures rather than design ones, and they are the most legitimate reason to reject.

Shape first, details second

Silhouette is the hardest thing for a factory to get right and the easiest thing for you to check. A toe box that is too round, a heel that sits too high, a hood that is too shallow: none of it is fixable, and all of it shows immediately.

Look at colour in daylight shots

Warehouse lighting runs cool or warm. When a photo was taken near a window, trust that one for colour and use the rest for construction.

What to check, item by item

Item	What to check in the photos
Bags and accessories	Hardware weight and engraving, edge paint, the lining pattern.
Clothing	Print alignment and texture, tag fonts, hem stitching, colour against the listing.
Shoes	Midsole glue lines, toe-box shape, heel-tab stitching, how sharp the insole print is.
Sizing	Ask for a measurement photo if you are between sizes; the letter on the tag means little.

USFans QC finder: questions

Does the QC finder for USFans work with other agents' links?

Any product link: a USFans link, another agent's, or the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing itself. Each is looked up as the same seller's listing.

What are QC photos?

QC stands for quality check. When an order reaches an agent's warehouse in China, staff photograph the actual item (stitching, tags, soles, hardware, often on a measuring mat) before anything ships internationally. You approve or reject it from those photos.

Is the QC finder free?

Yes: no account, no signup, no limit for normal use. The site earns a commission only if you sign up to USFans or order through its links.

Do I still get QC photos from USFans if I use this?

Because USFans's photos only exist after you have paid for the item. The photos here are from other buyers' orders of the same listing, so you see the batch before you buy.

How do I check QC on USFans?

Wait until the order has reached USFans's warehouse, then open your USFans account and go to that order (or your warehouse items): the QC photos are shown on the item. Check them, then approve it or ask for an exchange or return while it is still in China.

Is there a QC checker for USFans items?

Yes. Paste a link from USFans, from another agent, or straight from Taobao, Weidian or 1688, and it shows the QC photos other buyers received for that exact listing. Your own item's photos come from USFans after you order.

Can I reject an item after QC?

The time to reject is at the warehouse, before international shipping, while the item is still in China and an exchange or refund with the seller is possible. Check USFans's own return rules for the details.

How do I find QC photos for a USFans item?

Copy the item's link from USFans (or from any other agent, or straight from Taobao, Weidian or 1688) and paste it into the finder at the top of this page. It unwraps the link to the seller's listing and shows the QC photos other buyers received, grouped by date, newest first.

Why are there no QC photos for my link?

Either nobody has ordered that exact listing yet, or no one's photos have reached a public database. It is not a sign the seller is bad, and it does not affect the photos USFans takes of your own order.

Does USFans have QC photos?

Yes. USFans photographs your items when they reach its warehouse in China, and you see those photos in your account before you pay for international shipping. This page shows the photos other buyers already got for the same listing, so you can check an item before you order it.

What is USFans?

USFans is a shopping agent: you give it a link from Taobao, Weidian or 1688, it buys the item from the Chinese seller, photographs it at its warehouse and ships your items abroad together in one parcel.

Do QC photos from other agents apply to USFans?

Yes. QC photos belong to the seller's listing, not to the agent that took them, so a photo taken for someone who ordered through a different agent shows what the same seller ships to a USFans buyer.
